STARK is a European defence technology company founded in 2023, specialising in the development and production of advanced UAV systems for modern military operations. Our flagship platform, Virtus, is a next-generation VTOL loitering munition system that combines precision, autonomy, and reliability to deliver tactical superiority on the battlefield. We are the team from the production technology department. Our goal is to provide mass production with the necessary equipment and tools to ensure consistency in production. We are looking for a design engineer to design specialized equipment for manufacturing our products. The equipment will be designed to ensure ergonomic use, repeatability during operations, and ease of scaling. You will work with various materials and machining technologies for the equipment, as part of a team of experienced engineers. Participate in the development of mechanical assemblies and parts; Create 3D/2D models in CAD systems (SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor or similar); Prepare basic design documentation; 3D-printing of fixtures; Participate in the manufacture and testing of prototypes; Analyze technical solutions, make proposals for improving designs; Interact with R&D, production and technological teams. Basic knowledge of mechanics, materials science, processing technologies; Initial skills in working in CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or other); Ability to read drawings, understanding the principles of operation of mechanical systems; Ability to configure 3D printers using FDM/SLS/SLA technologies; English language — pre-intermediate or higher. Higher or incomplete higher technical education (mechanical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, etc.); Knowledge of the basics of prototyping or testing.
