Description
About Haus Haus is the incrementality platform leading brands trust to optimize billions in ad spend worldwide. Using frontier causal inference-based econometric models to run experiments, we help brands measure the business impact of marketing, pricing, and promotions with scientific precision. Over $360B is spent annually on paid advertising in the US alone, and the famous quote “half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don't know which half” still rings true. Haus helps marketers identify which half, and reallocate it to maximize growth. With a founding team of former product managers, economists, and engineers from Google, Netflix, Meta, and Amazon, we make high-quality decision science, incrementality testing, and causal marketing mix modeling accessible to businesses of all sizes—automating the heavy lifting of experiment design, data processing, and insights generation. Haus works with leading brands like FanDuel, Sonos, and Dr. Squatch, delivering ROI gains as high as 30x. Haus is well-capitalized and backed by top-tier VCs, including Insight Partners, Baseline Ventures, Haystack, and others. We're honored that Haus has once again been recognized by LinkedIn as a 2025 Top Startup https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/linkedin-top-startups-2025-50-us-companies-rise-linkedin-news-hox6f/! What you'll do: As a Measurement Strategy Manager at Haus, you will work hand-in-hand with a portfolio of customers to define and act on their measurement roadmap. You will deeply understand the goals of your customers' businesses, propose testing strategies that align to their goals, and drive your customers to act on the things they learn through Haus. You will serve as an evangelist for incrementality measurement and help your customers make critical business decisions based on Haus reporting.  As a member of a small and rapidly growing team, you will also be expected to contribute in ways that benefit the entire organization. Each member of our team brings a form of expertise that serves to elevate the capabilities of the entire team; we expect everyone to be a bar raiser in some way. Responsibilities will include: - Co-design experimentation roadmaps with customers, weighing their media plan and operating goals to make the best use of their testing slots, pushing them toward the highest-impact test, not just the easiest one. - Shepherd customers through the full experimentation process: design, implementation, interpretation, and action, serving as a trusted partner who simplifies complex concepts into clear, believable recommendations. - Tie learnings to budget and strategy decisions, so testing changes what a customer actually does, not just what they know. - Advise customers on best practices to maximize value and ROI, connecting their business questions to Haus product offerings, and confidently explain the science behind experimentation to dispel distrust and skepticism. - Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across your customers' organizations. - Partner closely with Product, Science, and Engineering to translate customer requests into scalable product features. - Identify risks or escalations and manage them with a complete ownership mentality, bringing in the right internal resources. - Contribute collateral, resources, playbooks, and workflows that balance quality of service with designing for scale. - Support customer renewals in partnership with Account Managers, and identify qualified cross-sell and expansion opportunities. Qualifications - 4+ years as a growth marketer or in a marketing-science role, with real ownership of budget decisions, not just reporting on them, whether from doing the job or partnering closely with it as an agency or platform. - Fluent understanding of paid media buying; comfortable speaking budgets and advanced analytics credibly with a customer's analytics team. - A passion for experimentation, data analysi
