Description
Join our team as an MCC Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet. You will be responsible for real-time technical support, defect management, and coordination of maintenance activities across our network. Working in a dynamic operational environment, you’ll collaborate closely with flight crews, maintenance providers, and internal departments to ensure aircraft availability and reliability all the time. Acting as the primary point of contact for all daily and non-routine technical queries, troubleshooting, and discrepancies Monitoring aircraft technical status and flight schedule changes, ensuring continuous airworthiness and timely adjustment of maintenance activities Coordinating and managing AOG situations, ensuring effective communication and recovery actions Monitoring and controlling deferred defects, ensuring proper follow-up until final rectification Coordinating maintenance activities with Part-145 organizations and internal teams Providing technical support to flight crews and maintenance providers  Initiating and coordinating troubleshooting activities for repetitive or complex defects Reviewing aircraft technical documentation and ensuring accurate and timely data entry into maintenance systems (e.g. OASES, eCentral8) Supporting operational decision-making to minimize delays and disruptions Preparing and distributing daily aircraft Maintenance Orders. Experience in MCC, CAMO, or Part-145 environment (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in time-critical situations Good understanding of aircraft systems and troubleshooting principles Proactive mindset Knowledge of EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO / Part-145 regulations Fluent written and spoken English Good IT skills and experience with maintenance systems. (Oases, eCentral8, airnavx, MBF knowledge is an advantage) Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in shifts (including nights and weekends).
