Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring our Co-manufactures’ on hand , inbound and on order inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of materials, to maintain production continuity. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for planning, logistics and supply chain management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!   Track that the supply of materials from Suppliers to Co-manufacturers that meet the production schedule and ensure operational & production continuity. Able to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements. Maintains strong relationships both internally and externally that enables supply of materials to meet requirements.   Material Supply Planner Responsibilities & Duties   Support the Strategic Sourcing Manger in stocking plans that enable co-manufacturers to meet production schedules.   Manage raw material inbound schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials.   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies to maintainer required stock levels.   Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.   Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries   Support the production planning process by ensuring timely delivery of dependent materials.   Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production   Collaborate with suppliers & Co-manufacturers to secure the best delivery schedule based on production timing.   Identify and resolve supply chain issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.   Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy   Create reports to analysis and update material positions & coverage   Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time materials to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production.   Generate and communicate supplier material delivery schedules and forecasts to ensure they reflect requirements and meet demands.    Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure demand for materials is met and deliveries made on time.   Develop and implement processes and work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives.    Support assessment and sourcing of suppliers in
