Starting Pay $20.00 per hour 1st shift - 7:00am to 3:00pm  2nd Shift - 3:00pm to 11:00pm (an additional $2.00 per hour shift premium paid) 3rd Shift - 11pm to 7:00am (an additional $2.00 per hour shift premium paid)   What You'll Get to Do Job responsibilities include: Moving materials (primarily glass) using vacuum lift assist equipment, manually lifting, and moving mobile carts from one position/location to another to facilitate the production process Understanding the schedule and the inventory requirements to keep production on schedule Performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment, such as cleaning and inspecting Understanding and applying inspection procedures and tolerances to pass or reject materials and/or products What We’re Looking For Prior manufacturing experience Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Able to write, perform basic math, and read a tape measure Punctual and excellent attendance Be available for overtime and emergency work What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive  benefits  at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
