At FIT we deliver more than just workouts - we create luxury wellness experiences that empower our members to look, move, and feel their best. We’re looking for an inspiring and motivating Mat Pilates Instructor who can deliver high-quality, safe, and effective Pilates classes to a diverse clientele. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Class Delivery * Lead engaging and challenging Mat Pilates classes for all fitness levels * Instruct proper alignment, breathing techniques, and movement patterns * Modify exercises as needed to ensure safety and inclusivity * Set up and tidy up studio spaces before and after classes * Provide excellent customer service and build positive member relationships * Promote class attendance and contribute to member retention * Stay current with fitness trends and continuing education in Pilates * Collaborate with other instructors and FIT staff to create a supportive team environment QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * Certification in Mat Pilates from a recognized training program (e.g., STOTT, BASI, Polestar, Balanced Body, etc.) *  CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) * Previous experience teaching group Pilates classes (preferred) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Professional, reliable, and punctual * Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others improve their well-being Desirable: * Experience working in a studio or boutique fitness environment * Additional qualifications in pre/post-natal Pilates, rehab, or movement therapy WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive pay, including leadership and mentorship bonuses * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education * A collaborative, supportive, and inspiring studio environment * Complimentary or discounted classes * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Opportunity for ongoing professional development * Access to studio facilities and classes  We strive to continually lead with our values and beliefs that enable our FIT people to develop their potential, bring their full self to the workplace, and engage in a world of inclusion.
