This role combines people leadership with domain ownership, overseeing a team of master data professionals while partnering closely with business and technology leaders to align data capabilities with organizational priorities. We are looking for a proven leader who can translate business strategy into scalable master data standards, platforms, and processes, and who is comfortable driving change and decision making in complex, matrixed environments. The ideal candidate brings deep master data and governance expertise, strong technical fluency across ERP and MDM platforms, and the ability to influence at the executive level. This role is critical to enabling operational efficiency, analytics, and growth through disciplined, outcome-driven master data management. Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Core Accountability Own the master data operating model, governance, and roadmap for Liquid IV; accountable for assigned domains, governance, roadmap execution and outcomes. Master Data Management Set enterprise and domain-level strategy, standards, hierarchies, and prioritization to ensure scalable and consistent master data. Data Quality Define quality targets and KPIs, establish escalation models, and sponsor remediation investments to address systemic issues. Data Governance Establish the governance model, decision rights, and forums—creating controls without bureaucracy and autonomy without chaos. Stakeholder Engagement Influence executive stakeholders and align master data strategy with business priorities and outcomes.
