SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Asset Marketing  Develop and maintain marketing materials for logistics parks, available space, BTS opportunities, and development projects.  Coordinate asset-specific campaigns to support leasing objectives, occupancy targets, and customer acquisition efforts.  Prepare presentations, leasing collateral, property fact sheets, digital listings, and promotional materials for prospective customers and partners.  Collaborate with leasing, asset management, and development teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect project positioning and commercial objectives.    PR & Communications  Support the development and execution of corporate communications, public relations, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.  Coordinate press releases, media relations, industry publications, newsletters, and internal communications activities.  Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all customer, partner, and stakeholder touchpoints.  Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers to deliver effective communication campaigns and marketing initiatives.    Digital & Content Marketing  Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other online channels.  Create and manage marketing content including presentations, brochures, videos, case studies, customer success stories, and promotional materials.  Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, digital engagement metrics, and marketing KPIs to optimize effectiveness.  Support lead generation activities through targeted digital campaigns, content marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.    Event Management  Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, conferences, networking events, customer events, and industry engagement activities.  Manage event logistics, promotiona
