As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you will support the day-to-day work that helps those experiences run smoothly and keeps players connected to the community. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining hands-on coordination with communication and community-facing work in a fast-moving sports environment. Responsibilities Assist with various marketing, operations, and community engagement initiatives. Serve on the front lines of the customer experience as an on-ground host for a few football sessions each week. Coordinate and execute tasks related to daily business operations, including social media, marketing, event coordination, player communications, and outreach. Requirements Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field Eligible to complete a college or credit-bearing internship Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in Bosnian/BCS and English Enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn Friendly, positive attitude and a team player Comfortable interacting with customers on the ground during football games Eligible to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina Available for occasional evening work and weekly on-ground football sessions Experience supporting or coordinating events is a plus Experience with marketing or social media work is a plus Experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or CapCut is a plus Experience in football-related environments is a plus Passion for football is a BIG PLUS Benefits Gain experience in the daily operations of a sports and community-based business.
