Description
🧡 Coverflex Work changed. Pay didn’t. Coverflex exists to make compensation work for everyone. Pay is still rigid, fragmented, and hard to feel. We turn compensation into choice — one platform, one card, one app — for benefits, meal allowance, insurance and more. Our platform is simple for HR and meaningful for employees. We provide choice, smarter compensation tools and empowerment. ⚙️ TL;DR (The Essentials) Role: Marketing Manager Seniority Level: Senior Type: Manager Languages: Spanish (native) + English (fully fluent) Main Tools: HubSpot, Webflow, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics / Looker Studio, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Google Search Console, Figma, Slack, Notion Location: Remote (Spain) Compensation: Base Salary: 34.000€ - 45.000€ Equity: Yes – Stock Options under our Equity Incentive Plan Benefits: You can check them below (at the end of the page) Contract Type: Permanent 💥 Your Impact Your role will play a major role in our success because Coverflex is still building its presence in Spain and needs someone who can own the full marketing engine — campaigns, SEO, content, events, social, and PR — while the Head of Marketing focuses on cross-market strategy. You are not a pair of hands. You are the operational and strategic counterpart making things happen on the ground. You'll know you're successful when, after 90 days, you've: Delivered the Q3–Q4 2026 marketing calendar on track (events, campaigns, content, SEO, social) Established a consistent SEO and content output pipeline with monthly targets hit Grown qualified inbound from Spain (MQLs) vs. the prior period Launched at least one PR or brand activation with measurable reach How we'll measure success: Main KPI 1: % delivery rate of planned marketing calendar initiatives Main KPI 2: MQL volume QoQ and organic traffic growth Main KPI 3: Monthly content output (articles published, SEO briefs delivered) Secondary KPI 1: Event attendance and SQLs attributed to owned events Secondary KPI 2: PR coverage count and partner activations launched ⚡ Reality Check - What Makes This Role Hard Let's be real - here's what makes this role challenging: You'll need to hold two modes at once: strategic prioritisation and hands-on execution, often on the same day. Neither can be dropped for the other Spain is a competitive market and Coverflex is still building brand awareness — results take time and require sustained effort before they compound. Patience and persistence are part of the job You're joining at peak season. September is the highest point of yearly seasonality in our market, which means you'll be onboarding, managing a junior, and delivering on one of the most demanding periods of the year — simultaneously, from day one For an initial period, the Head of Marketing will be absent. You'll need to hold the team together, make calls independently, and operate with high autonomy before you've fully found your feet Cross-functional collaboration across teams, countries, and languages adds complexity — communication is part of the work, not background noise 👤 You Must-haves (evidence, not years) You've owned a full marketing workstream — campaigns, SEO, events, content, social, PR — and can walk through how you planned, executed, and measured it end to end You write and edit fluently in both Spanish and English: you can draft copy, review a landing page, and present in front of an audience in either language without switching modes You've managed or mentored at least one junior team member and know how to give direction without micromanaging You've navigated a CMS (Webflow or equivalent) and published or updated content without always needing a developer You have at least 5 years in marketing management roles, ideally in B2B SaaS You can operate with high autonomy — you make decisions, move
