Who We Are: Opening its doors over 45 years ago, FSSI is a leading document outsourcing company servicing Fortune 500 companies in the financial, banking, insurance and billing industries across the U.S. We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This role supports the Marketing team in the planning and execution of a wide range of initiatives. You’ll play a key role in coordinating trade shows and events while also providing day-to-day support for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and internal communications. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating engaging marketing experiences that strengthen our brand and drive business growth. The schedule for this job is Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00pm. After an initial 90-day onsite training period , you will have the option to work a hybrid schedule (2 days remote and 3 days in office). A personal laptop is required to work a hybrid schedule. Your Essential Duties: Events & Trade Shows Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of robust conference and trade show schedules, from initial registration through full logistics and post-event follow-up. Coordinate all event-related activities, timelines, budgets and vendor relationships while facilitating clear communication across departments and stakeholders. Support the execution of the events marketing strategy, including on-site promotion, collateral, and lead capture. Marketing & Creative Support Provide overall marketing support, including the creation and design of marketing collateral, graphics, campaigns and company promotions. Apply proficient graphic design skills to produce visually compelling materials that align with brand standards. Develop content for various channels, ensuring strong written communication and alignment with marketing fundamentals. Schedule and publish approved social media posts and email communications across multiple platforms and tools. Additional Duties Support interdepartmental marketing needs and internal events. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors and partners. Manage inventory of branded items used for events and departmental needs. Contribute creative ideas and collaborate closely with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives, cross-functional projects, and overall business needs. Requirements What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or business administration preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is ideal. B2B marketing experience is a major plus. Event planning/management experience. Experience crafting marketing content. Proficiency with design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong written communication and editing skills. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Solid knowledge of marketing principles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
