ABOUT THE ROLE As the Market Manager for Costa Rica, you will own the growth, health, and commercial success of one of Latin America’s most exciting tourism markets. This is a full-cycle, market-facing role that blends new business acquisition, customer success, account management, onboarding, and expansion. You will be responsible for building relationships with tour and activity operators, bringing new businesses onto Peek, helping existing customers succeed, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue across your territory. You will serve as the local market expert and trusted partner for operators in Costa Rica. This means understanding their businesses, showing up in person, providing consultative guidance, and helping them use Peek to increase bookings, improve operations, and deliver better guest experiences. This role requires regular in-market presence, including onsite meetings, operator visits, demos, and relationship-building throughout Costa Rica.     WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own the growth and success of the Costa Rica market across new business acquisition, customer retention, and account expansion. - Prospect, identify, and sell Peek products to tour, activity, and attraction operators through a consultative sales approach. - Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities, including self-sourced leads and market development efforts. - Deliver compelling online and in-person product demos tailored to each operator’s business needs. - Support the onboarding and implementation process for new customers, ensuring successful adoption of Peek Pro. - Build strong, trusted relationships with existing customers to drive retention, adoption, and long-term success. - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with operators to identify opportunities for improvement, upsell, and expansion. - Educate operators on industry trends, online booking best practices, direct booking growth, and ways to get more value from Peek. - Develop and execute a strategic market plan that includes new logo growth, existing customer expansion, competitive insights, and local relationship-building. - Serve as the voice of the Costa Rica market by sharing operator feedback, product needs, competitive insights, and market dynamics with leadership. - Maintain strong CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and visibility into market activity. - Travel regularly within the market for onsite meetings, operator visits, relationship building, and local market engagement.     WHAT YOU BRING - A deep understanding of the Costa Rican tourism landscape. - Fluent and comfortable speaking in Spanish with our partners. - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, technology sales, account management, customer success, or a similar commercial role. - A proven ability to prospect, build relationships, manage a pipeline, and close new business. - Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify growth, upsell, and expansion opportunities. - A consultative approach to sales and customer management, with the ability to understand customer needs and
