Responsibilities: Plan and lead manual testing initiatives to ensure software releases meet or exceed requirements; Ensure every release meets real-world needs and expectations; Analyse project documentation, release notes and other project artifacts to identify new or update existing test scenarios; Perform different manual testing - functional regression, smoke, stress etc.; Conduct ad-hoc and scripted manual tests; Detect patterns, replicate reported problems, and provide airtight reproduction steps; Push development teams to resolve issues quickly and verify fixes reach production; Report bugs/errors to development teams and help troubleshoot issues. Requirements: 3+ years of experience testing modern Web and Mobile Applications; Experience with TestRail/Zephyr/Test Suite creation, or others; Experience with Jira and Confluence; Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment; Experience with hardware devices; Experience with OSI layer/WiFi/Networks/VPN/Firewalls, or anything similar; Experience with AI tools - Claude, Codex, etc; Fluent in English and Lithuanian. Nice to have: Experience with JavaScript; Bash scripting; Experience with Postman or SoapUI.
