Our website is one of the most important patient acquisition channels we have, and we are committed to making it perform at the highest level.   Position Overview The  Manager, Web Program Management  is responsible for the execution and optimization of Sono Bello's web initiatives in support of patient acquisition, appointment generation, and conversion. Reporting to the Director of Digital Product, you will work at the center of a cross-functional environment, partnering across Marketing, Technology, Operations, and external agencies to deliver web experiences that are high quality, scalable, and connected to business goals.   This is a  hands-on role.  You are as comfortable updating center location details, managing local listings in tools like BirdEye, and coordinating CMS updates as you are building a project plan or presenting performance data to stakeholders. You bring operational discipline to a fast-moving environment, use data to drive continuous improvement, and do not wait to be told what needs fixing.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   Program coordination and delivery   Support the Director of Digital Product in implementing the web roadmap. Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams to deliver web initiatives on time and within scope. Manage day-to-day project work including website updates, CMS changes, listing management, and feature releases. Track milestones, flag risks and dependencies early, and keep the right people informed.   Optimization and performance tracking   Support ongoing website optimization efforts including A/B testing, SEO, personalization, and UX improvements. Track and report on key performance indicators including traffic, engagement, and conversion. Translate data into clear summaries and surface actionable recommendations to the team.   Process and operations   Help build and maintain program processes including intake, prioritization, timelines, and resource coordination. Create visibility into project status for stakeholders at multiple levels. Identify issues before they become blockers and escalate thoughtfully when needed.   AI and emerging tools   Partner with the Director of D
