 Review and analyze client contracts to identify compliance, billing, and SLA requirements.  Interpret contractual terms and translate them into actionable process-level controls.  Ensure alignment between client contracts and internal company policies.  Implement compliance requirements within operational and financial processes.  Define, document, and standardize processes in line with business and quality standards.  Maintain strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, billing, and revenue processes.  Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for identified gaps and control failures.  Perform root cause analysis and track CAPA closure and effectiveness.  Ensure adherence to ISO standards and support internal/external audits.  Track and close audit observations within defined timelines.  Continuously improve processes to enhance compliance and efficiency.  Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
