Role Summary The Manager, Software Engineering leads multiple developers across delivery pods with accountability for both technical excellence and team health. This role owns the architectural integrity of solutions across teams, removes engineering blockers, and ensures delivery meets quality and timeline commitments. The Manager is equally responsible for growing a high-performing team and maintaining the trust of clients and internal stakeholders through transparent, reliable execution.
