Let’s run there.    Your Job:   As the Manager, Responsible Sourcing at Brooks, you will lead and advance Brooks’ global approach to responsible manufacturing across finished goods and materials. You will oversee programs in social compliance, remediation, worker voice, training, fair compensation, responsible purchasing practices, and supply chain traceability. You will work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Legal, Sustainability, and Trade Compliance, as well as directly with manufacturing partners. You will help protect the human rights of workers in Brooks’ supply chain and ensure factory partners meet the Brooks Supplier Code of Conduct and applicable regulatory requirements while continuously improving performance. You will bring strong program leadership, effective supplier engagement, and the ability to translate standards and expectations into practical implementation across a global supplier base.
