We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-oriented Manager, Production Operations to join our content production team. Reporting directly to the VP of Content Production, you will manage day-to-day production across photography, video, and integrated campaigns for a portfolio of globally recognized brands — ensuring scopes, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and executed against. This role is equal parts on-set producer and operations manager: you will be on location making productions happen, while partnering across Creative, Marketing, and external agencies to keep complex workflows on track and creative ideas moving toward execution.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and real opportunity to grow within an expanding production team.
In this role, you will partner across Creative, Production, Marketing, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business and retail priorities. You will bring structure to complex workflows, manage cross-functional coordination, and help translate creative ideas into executable, high-impact outputs.
What You’ll Be Working On
Translate campaign concepts into clear production plans with defined timelines, budgets, and deliverables across brands and markets
Own end-to-end production on select brands — from pre-production through on-set execution and final delivery
Manage shoot logistics including crew hiring, location scouting, call sheets, and scheduling
Build and maintain vendor and creative partner relationships across photographers, stylists, casting agencies, and post-production vendors
Create and manage agency briefs to ensure cross-functional alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines
Identify and resolve production risks before they impact timelines or budgets
Track and manage project budgets in partnership with Production and Finance
Support SOW development and identify opportunities to optimize spend across campaigns
Identify efficiencies across shoots including multi-brand and multi-channel execution opportunities
Ensure campaigns account for downstream needs including retail, e-commerce,
