Facilitate cross-functional alignment between executive stakeholders to synchronize supply with commercial demand. Lifecycle Management: Partner with Engineering and Sourcing to direct inventory strategies for new product introductions (NPI) and end-of-life (EOL) product phase-outs, minimizing obsolescence exposure. Process Scaling: Design, formalize, and optimize supply planning workflows and policies to help the company on its journey of maturity into a structured, scalable enterprise. About You Experience: 8+ years of supply chain planning experience in high-tech, robotics, or industrial manufacturing, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role. Education: BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field required. MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain preferred.
