Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Manager, Knowledge Management & Technology Learning Enablement to support our enablement and training strategy for Digital, AI, and technology adoption across RevMed.
This is an operations role focused on improving how Information Sciences and Digital Innovation (ISDI) turns knowledge into reusable enterprise assets, increases adoption of Digital and AI capabilities, and scales learning through structured content management, use case curation, enterprise communications, and network-based change enablement.

This role enables faster and more consistent enterprise adoption of Digital and AI capabilities by creating a governed, scalable system for knowledge capture, training content management, use case curation, and enterprise collaboration.
Success in this role should improve:
enterprise access to curated Digital and AI learning content
reuse of internally created knowledge assets and training materials
visibility and sharing of practical AI and technology use cases
coordination and effectiveness of the AI Champion Network
the organization’s ability to scale learning, adoption, and change enablement without relying on fragmented one-off efforts
Metrics of success will be co-defined between this role and its Manager. Knowledge Management and Content Governance
Own the operational and knowledge management approach for Digital, AI, and technology learning content across Information Sciences.
Manage both curated external/internal content and content created internally through training sessions, requests, enablement work, and ongoing learning activities.
Define and maintain standards for content organization, taxonomy, tagging, metadata, version control, lifecycle management, and accessibility.
Ensure materials are current, structured, searchable, and reusable across the enterprise.
Establish lightweight governance that balances consistency, speed, and scalability.
Enterprise Content Sharing and Communications
Own the process for publishing and sharing enablement content through enterprise channels, including RevNet and ongoing newsletters.
Translate ongoing learning activity, training outputs, and curated use cases into high-value enterprise-facing content.
Ensure knowledge assets are packaged for practical consumption by different audiences across the organization.
Partner with stakeholders to improve visibility, discoverability, and sustained use of enablement content.
AI Champion Network Operations and Use Case Curation
Manage the logistics and operating rhythm of the AI Champion Network as a change champion and enablement community.
Coordinate meeting preparation, content flow, follow-ups, and operational support for AI Champion Network activities.
Own the curation, tracking, organization, and sharing of use cases raised through AI Champion meetings.
Maintain a structured view of escalated use cases, themes, priorities, and reuse opportunities.
