Position Overview As part of the management team at DCHC, the Manager, Infrastructure Management & Operations position oversees the following needs of the organization: Infrastructure Planning & Management: Ensure our current and future facilities plans align and support the organization's strategic plan. This will be achieved through future planning of facilities in accordance with organizational growth and community needs, maximizing utilization of existing facilities, overseeing all capital acquisition, identifying cost and process efficiencies, proactive maintenance of the facilities, oversight and management of vendors and contracts, being a strong people leader and delivering on special initiatives as assigned. IT Planning & Management: Ensure our current and future technology plans align and support the organization’s strategic plan. This will be achieved through future planning of IT infrastructure design in accordance with the organizational and community needs, oversight and implementation of IT control measures, policies and processes, management of all IT service, hardware and software contractual relationships, overseeing the support and security performance of the external managed services provider, and delivering on special initiatives as assigned. Insurance Management: Ensure organization's insurance policies align with organization's needs and risks, manage renewals, schedule meetings with insurance brokers to negotiate terms and identify opportunities, manage insurance records for audit and compliance purposes, and deliver on special initiatives as assigned Additionally, this role sits on the organization's Health & Safety committee and may be asked to assist or serve on other committees or project groups. Responsibilities Leadership and Management: Design operational strategies, operating plans, priorities and policies with guidance and approval from CFO Effective multi-year and annual
