Position Overview   We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Manager, Operations who will be responsible for working with the Global Operations Associate Director & Director, in operationalizing the rollout and management of several global projects for the US + INTL markets. In this role, this person will at times correspond directly with our local markets, as well as be responsible for coordinating with the other people and businesses within our Mediabrands network on various projects. In this position, the individual will also be heavily involved in various systems & tools, and will need strong Excel experience, using it for data compilation, analysis, visualization, & automation.   Responsibilities   Coordination with global team, and local markets, as needed   Ongoing, consistent support to ensure compliance of processes, within set rules, and proper use of systems on a Global level   Budget/finance management (via Media Tools) – facilitation of spend/impression reporting, flowchart issuances, audit deliverables, Orion savings, etc.   Reporting, Q/A hygiene process – connection point between analytics, planning, and investment teams to ensure seamless data review/pass, launch Q/A and data hygiene processes   Process documentation and operational enhancements – more formally document processes, create templates, and identify opportunities for operational improvements   Coordination of education sessions, enterprise level thought leadership and POVs   Competitive – coordinate and manage annual schedule of deliverables; ensure team is meeting deadlines   Agency relations – collaborate with agency partners to continuously improve ways of working   Help coordinate and manage day to day relationships with external partners (client + external agencies) and integrated internal teams across all SBUs   Management/ownership of key global process documents (recruitment trackers, weekly status, etc)   Required Skills and Experience    Foundational knowledge of planning & investment processes – trafficking, billing, competitive, etc.   Strong Excel experience   Process oriented, operationally minded   Desired Skills and Experience    3-5 years of experience in a similar role   Problem solver, curious about making work more efficient   Strong communicator, clear & concise delivery   Ability to work autonomously   Ability to manage multiple competing priorities   Preferred working knowledge of Mediatools   Wage and Benefits We offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.
