We’re excited to share that we are hiring for a Manager, Enterprise Platform Transformation. Summary: Note: This position is a term position for 3 years. The Manager, Enterprise Platform Transformation, reporting to the VP, Information Services, is a senior technology leadership role accountable for the end-to-end technical delivery and integration of AltaLink’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation program. This role serves as the technical authority responsible for enabling the business transformation vision through the design, integration, and deployment of enterprise platforms, including SAP/Oracle ERP, IBM Maximo, and the enterprise integration ecosystem. Working in close partnership with the Business Transformation function, which owns business process design, operating model, and organizational adoption, this role ensures that technology platforms are implemented in a manner that is integrated, scalable, secure, and aligned to business requirements. The role leads the technical strategy, delivery approach, and integration architecture, ensuring the successful execution of a multi-year transformation program within AltaLink’s regulated, capital-intensive environment.   Responsibilities: Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for ERP, EAM, and integration platforms in alignment with business transformation objectives. Translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose technical solutions that support future-state operating models. Provide technology leadership in program governance forums, supporting scope, sequencing, and investment decisions. Own the end-to-end architecture and integration design across SAP/Oracle ERP, IBM Maximo, and the enterprise integration platform. Establish robust, secure, and scalable integration patterns (APIs, middleware, data flows) enabling seamless interaction between systems. Lead the design of enterprise data models for shared domains such as assets, financials, vendors, and inventory. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory obligations. Lead the technical delivery of ERP and EAM platforms, including environments, configuration oversight, integration build, and deployment.
