ABOUT YOUR ROLE As an Engineering Manager for our Fundraising team, you will lead the engineering squad building Juniper Square’s next-generation fundraising platform — the system that digitizes private capital markets through a seamless, “one-click” subscription experience. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role for a technical manager who thrives on replacing manual, fragmented processes with modern, scalable infrastructure. You will be deeply involved in your team’s technical direction, guiding architectural decisions, and solving complex, high-scale engineering challenges alongside your engineers. This role demands a “player-coach” mentality, where you will not only manage the team but also provide strong technical mentorship and contribute to design and architecture. You will be responsible for a team of 6+ engineers and will own your team’s roadmap, balancing long-term technical vision with the immediate needs of enterprise managers and their investors. Your leadership will be key to building reusable investor profiles, an “omni-channel” onboarding experience, and AI-driven intelligence that automates complex financial workflows at scale. WHAT YOU’LL DO - AI-Native Culture & Velocity: Champion and embed AI-native development practices and tools (e.g.,Claude,Cursor, Augment) to achieve significant productivity gains, fostering a “startup-mode” culture of rapid iteration, high velocity, and quality, including guiding the effective use of AI code generation. - Technical Ownership & Architecture: Take ownership over the team’s architecture, actively participating in design reviews and driving the long-term technical vision for the fundraising platform.
