What You’ll Do: Supporting the needs of Manufacturing Providing alternate parts definition and control as required Creating an MRB Team and all necessary supporting documentation Support technical Design Reviews of Electrical Wiring systems Mentor, train, and develop engineers in the Electrical Wiring team Review and approve documentation such as test reports, BOMs, Drawings, etc Use your knowledge of industry standard components to select optimal parts to suit specific design applications and requirements.  Follow industry best practices and guidance for the design and installation of the wire harnesses (AC 43.13-1B, AS50881, ASTM F2639) What You Need: 10-years proven track record of leading multi-disciplined Electrical Harness Design teams in development and sustaining aircraft efforts including: Team Performance Reviews Managing individual improvement plans Supporting Teams Technical Growth Succession planning Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related field Knowledgeable of and supporting the needs and requirements of an Electrical Harness Fabrication facility Strong understanding of the 2D / 3D Design Tool sets and how they communicate with one another  Knowledge of  the following tool sets:  Mentor Graphics Capital  & NX or similar drafting architectures Knowledgeable of and supporting Electrical Harness Certification Requirements Proficient in Building and supporting Corporate Schedules, Budgets, Staffing Requirements and providing detailed updates of all of these to Senior Leadership At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $172,800- $216,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
