About the Role: As a  Manager, Content Merchandising at Tubi, you will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of merchandising initiatives that drive content discovery, engagement, and retention across the platform. This role blends creative curation with operational discipline, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compelling audience experiences and scalable editorial strategies. You will help shape the editorial vision for Tubi through thoughtful curation, hub development, merchandising execution, and maintaining the merchandising container ecosystem while partnering closely with Programming, Product, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires strong editorial judgment, analytical thinking, and operational excellence to deliver compelling content experiences aligned with audience behavior and business priorities. This is a hybrid role based out of our Los Angeles office. You must be willing to travel to our Los Angeles   office 4 days/week. What You'll Do: Lead and develop a team of Content Merchandisers, providing coaching, performance feedback, prioritization, and career development while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Lead merchandising strategy and campaign planning for priority titles, franchises, and tentpole moments across key platform surfaces. Translate performance data, audience insights, and entertainment trends into merchandising decisions that improve content discovery, engagement, and business outcomes. Shape and evolve Tubi’s editorial voice through homepage programming, audience-focused curation strategies, and seasonal or cultural storytelling initiatives. Develop, optimize, and maintain curated content hubs, collections, and merchandising containers to support discovery and platform navigation. Lead the optimization and ongoing maintenance of the broader merchandising container ecosystem. Drive ad hoc content initiatives and cross-functional merchandising projects, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and operational efficiency. Apply strong project management discipline to editorial execution by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across competing priorities. Your Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in content merchandising, editorial, or related entertainment roles. Demonstrated ability to derive insights from data and apply them to content strategy. Comfortable navigating CMS tools and large-scale content systems. Strong command of Excel, Airtable, and presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides). Strong understanding of entertainment, audience behavior, and content discovery strategies. Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Passionate fan of TV and film with broad taste across genres and audiences.  #LI-SY1 #LI-Hybrid  Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
