The team designs, implements, and maintains critical platforms across CRM, ERP, HRIS, reporting, and other internal tools, with a focus on system interoperability, data integrity, security, automation, and process efficiency.  As the Manager of the Business Systems team, you’ll lead a group of Systems Analysts and Administrators and manage strategic projects that improve how PracticeTek operates internally. You’ll drive complex system implementations, data migrations, integrations, upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.    What You’ll Do  Here’s how you’ll help us bring our mission to life an
