Ensuring the proper and continuous operation of technical equipment. Carrying out ongoing repair and maintenance activities in the building. Complying with the company’s internal rules, procedures, and policies. Assisting with technical issues and on-site maintenance support. Communicating with external individuals and organizations on matters related to the position. Performing additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
