Description
We are looking for a skilled and solution-oriented Maintenance Technician for our brand new chemical process facility at Grini. You will be a key player in ensuring operational reliability and maintaining the plant’s technical process systems. The role demands strong technical understanding, precision, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Safety is always a top priority. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment in a safe and secure manner Troubleshoot and repair pipes, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, motors, and process instrumentation Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment and processes Document work performed in the maintenance system (CMMS) Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment lifespan, avoiding downtime on instruments and equipment Coordinate collaboration with external maintenance contractors Work closely with production teams Help develop and improve the maintenance workshop Follow current safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture and safe working environment The work will involve physical, hands-on work We Offer An international, publicly traded (NASDAQ) company with growth ambitions and a solid position in the global market.
