Purpose: To provide the Plant with a high level of maintenance expertise that ensures company objectives are supported, maintenance goals are efficiently and effectively met, departmental downtime goals and preventative maintenance schedules are achieved. To carry out equipment and building repairs as required, while adhering to quality, safety, food safety and legislative standards and guidelines.   Schedule : Sunday to Wednesday 8:30am - 7pm
