Job Bridge Global is currently seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our clients dynamic team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems across various industries. You will play a critical role in the maintenance strategy, focusing on preventive measures to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety. Diagnose faults and malfunctions in equipment, implementing appropriate repairs and modifications. Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment lifecycle and performance. Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure seamless operations. Maintain a comprehensive record of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Identify areas for improvement in maintenance procedures and recommend enhancements. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. Stay updated on industry trends, maintenance technologies, and best practices. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and equipment used in industrial settings. Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with maintenance management software (preferred). Relevant certifications related to maintenance engineering (preferred).
