About the Position We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Maintenance Coordinator to manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking of preventive and recurring maintenance activities across a mission-critical data center environment. This role sits at the center of daily operations. You will work closely with Infrastructure teams, vendors, and Operations leadership to ensure maintenance is planned correctly, executed on time, and aligned with real site conditions. You will own the maintenance schedule, coordinate resources, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. While this role requires strong documentation and audit discipline, it is fundamentally operational. Success in this role depends on the ability to stay close to the work, manage competing priorities, adapt to changing site conditions, and drive follow-through across multiple teams in a live environment. Drive maintenance execution in a mission-critical environment—through coordination, visibility, and follow-through. Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
