The Maintenance role is at the heart of keeping our chalet running like a dream. No two days are the same—you’ll be the go-to problem solver, jumping into action whether it’s silencing a squeaky door, tackling a temperamental boiler, or anything in between. During your shifts, you’ll be on hand to respond to any maintenance issues as they arise, keeping things running seamlessly across the resort. You’ll also keep clear and accurate records of all work carried out. Throughout the week, you’ll support wider resort operations, including helping to deliver food and wine to chalet hosts on our weekly shopping day. You’ll take responsibility for the upkeep of our resort vehicles, carrying out thorough weekly checks, monitoring oil and water levels, and logging any updates. When the snow falls heavily, you’ll play a key role in keeping the resort moving—clearing snow and ensuring safe access paths to chalets for both guests and staff. Sundays are our main changeover day, and you’ll be part of making it run smoothly. You’ll help transport luggage between chalets and transfer buses, ensuring guests can arrive and depart with ease—no dragging suitcases through the snow required.
