Join nearly 8,500 colleagues across more than 20 countries, building on our Swiss foundations to deliver world-class results.
About the Role
SPS is looking for a hands-on Mail Supervisor to lead the day-to-day mailroom and business services operation at a client site. You'll manage a small team, keep inbound and outbound mail moving accurately and on time, and act as the go-to person for mail-related questions on-site. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership of a process, and wants to lead people while staying close to the work.
What You'll Do
Supervise and schedule a team of mailroom associates and clerks, balancing daily workload and coverage.
Oversee sorting, scanning, tracking, and routing of inbound mail and packages.
Manage processing of outgoing mail and shipments, including postage and courier coordination.
Set and maintain quality and turnaround-time standards for the mailroom.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's facilities or workplace services team on mail matters.
Train new team members on mailroom equipment, postage systems, and site procedures.
Report to the Client Services Manager (or equivalent site leadership), escalating staffing, equipment, or service-level issues as needed.
What You'll Bring
Experience in a mailroom, logistics, or business services environment, including some supervisory responsibility.
Comfortable using mail sorting, scanning, and postage metering equipment (training provided on site-specific systems).
Clear, professional communication skills, both with your team and directly with client stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities during peak volume periods.
A dependable, detail-oriented approach and a willingness to pitch in on the floor when the team needs it.
What We Offer
A clear leadership path within a global company operating in more than 20 countries.
Structured schedules and a genuine team environment.
Recognition for top individual and team performance at the regional and global level.
The chance to be part of a company actively modernizing mail and business services through Human Power and Automation Technology.
