We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Supervisor on the Night Shift at our site in Cradley Heath, Birmingham.    In this role you will lead and supervise the night shift loading operations, ensuring all customer orders are picked, loaded, and dispatched safely, accurately, and on time. The role is responsible for driving safety standards, team performance, and operational efficiency within a busy metals warehouse environment The Nights Team includes 4 Drivers who you will oversee and support as well as 3 Warehouse Operatives. The shifts are: Monday- Thursday: 10pm- 6.30am Fridays: 8pm-2am
