Day Shift loading supervisor A well-established Australian manufacturer and distributor in the building products sector is seeking an experienced Transport Loading Supervisor to oversee day-shift operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.  About the Role   You’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating all transport loading activities to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant dispatch operations. Working closely with logistics and operational teams, you’ll help optimise schedules, manage resources, and support continuous improvement across the loading process.  Key Responsibilities   Oversee and coordinate day-shift loading operations to meet delivery deadlines  Ensure all loading activities comply with safety regulations and internal standards  Work collaboratively with logistics and operations teams to streamline workflows  Coach, train, and support loading staff including performance monitoring  Maintain accurate documentation, records, and inventory information  Skills and Experience   Proven experience in a supervisory role within a transport or logistics environment.   Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in loading operations.  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.  Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.   Proficient in using computer systems and software related to transport coordination.  Load scanner exposure highly regarded  Forklift ticket required  HR/HC license highly regarded  If you’re a reliable leader with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence, this role offers a chance to make a real impact within a stable and growing organisation.
