Join our team and redefine what it means to be energized.  litigation Paralegal   In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL People Management Responsibilities: No Role Type: Full-Time   Position Overview The Litigation Paralegal will support the Legal Department in managing commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, and pre-litigation disputes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience coordinating with outside counsel. Requirements Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, innovation/commercialization within CPG [beverage preferred] Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management of related field Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects from ideation through commercialization Demonstrated expertise in Stage-Gate, new product development workflows and project management tools [Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com or equivalent] Strong understanding of commercialization processes including packaging, QA/Regulatory checkpoints, and production readiness. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization – concise, clear and action-oriented. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration across teams simultaneously. Strong PowerPoint and Excel/Googlsheets skills: ability to translate complex project information into simple, executive-level summaries. Preferred Requirements PMP certification or formal project management training Experience developing or managing Stage-Gate or PMO frameworks within a high-growth CPG environment Familiarity with beverage innovation processes [formulation, packaging, regulatory, supply chain].
