Responsibilities Set up and operate lithographic printing presses according to job specifications. Prepare printing plates, inks, and other materials required for the printing process. Monitor printing operations to ensure consistent quality, color accuracy, and registration. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment. Inspect finished prints for defects and make necessary adjustments. Maintain accurate production records and report any issues promptly. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with the print production team to meet deadlines and optimize workflow. Requirements Proven experience as a Lithographic Printer Operator or in a similar printing role. Knowledge of lithographic printing techniques and press operation. Ability to prepare and handle printing plates, inks, and related materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to print quality and color accuracy. Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with health and safety standards in the printing industry. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs.
