Affinity Water is looking for a Liaison Engineer (Assistant Project Manager) to join our Self-Lay Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within the water industry, working alongside experienced engineers and project professionals while gaining hands-on experience managing infrastructure projects from design through to completion. What You'll Be Doing As a Liaison Engineer, you'll learn how to deliver an exceptional customer journey while supporting the delivery of new water network projects across our region. You'll work closely with customers, developers, self-lay providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Y ou'll gain experience in: Supporting the delivery of water infrastructure and development projects Building strong relationships with customers and industry partners Attending sites and providing on-the-ground project support Participating in pre-start meetings, site audits, and project inspections Monitoring project progress, quality standards, and health & safety compliance Learning project management and customer management skills from experienced colleagues Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the team What We're Looking For We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn and develop.
