Position Summary: We are currently recruiting for a LEV Service Engineer to join our existing IAQ team within our Power & Industrial (P&I) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with parts, services, upgrades and technical solutions. This role focuses on driving revenue, margin improvement and customer retention through proactive field sales activities, technical expertise and close collaboration with sales, product and operations teams. Scope for flexible working arrangements, including working from home, is offered subject to agreement. A degree of domestic and international travel will be required to fulfil the obligations of the role, therefore a valid passport and the ability to travel is essential. Previous experience gained in an Air Filtration business would be a major advantage for this role. Position Responsibilities: Perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on dust extraction, fume extraction and filtration systems. Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions. Carrying out thorough examination and testing of LEV systems in accordance with industry regulations. Conduct airflow measurements, static pressure testing and system performance assessments. Produce detailed technical reports and compliance documentation. Advise clients on remedial actions and system improvements. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams. Identify and develop revenue opportunities within the installed customer base, including proactive upselling of maintenance programs and lifecycle extension services. Prepare and submit activity reports to Sales Management, providing clear visibility into progress, priorities and key developments.
