We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Responsibilities: Design, coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic objectives. Identify training needs in collaboration with business leaders and support the execution of the annual Training Plan. Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, participant feedback and learning assessments, ensuring continuous improvement. Coordinate and continuously enhance the onboarding journey, delivering a consistent and engaging experience for new employees. Support the annual Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, reporting and development planning. Analyse performance review results and identify learning and development opportunities across the organisation. Participate in Employer Branding initiatives, career events and collaborations with educational institutions to strengthen the Company's employer value proposition. Support the implementation of CSR, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive employee experience and organisational culture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. A postgraduate degree and/or professional certification in Learning & Development or Human Resources will be considered an asset. 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Development or a similar Human Resources role. Experience in coordinating training programmes and supporting Performance Management processes. Experience in onboarding programme design and implementation. Familiarity with Scan HRMS is highly desirable. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational abilities. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs.
