BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance. We are hiring a Learning & Development Program Builder to create and deliver programs that help take our people to the next level. About the role: You will design and deliver the programs that we will use to develop our team, validate them through early trials, and document them thoroughly so the work carries forward after the contract concludes. The priority programs are a team lead/manager development program, department specific training for new hires, BIS product literacy, and advanced AI capability training, with a documented foundation established for the remaining areas. Success in this role means the training you build actually gets used, and the next owner can run these programs on their own. This is a maternity leave cover position and is expected to run about 6 to 9 months. This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, Alberta office
