ZoomInfo is seeking a Learning & Development Manager III who is AI-forward, technically fluent, and energized by building efficient, scalable learning experiences that improve employee performance. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on execution, optimization, and delivery across learning technology, onboarding, capability-building, and learning operations.
Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development, this role will help bring L&D strategy to life through strong program execution, systems administration, facilitation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable moving quickly from identified need to pilot or rollout. They are well versed in AI (agents, prompts, microapps, integrations). They are excited by using AI and technology as force multipliers, but grounded in practical application and day-to-day business impact.
This role is a strong fit for someone with 5 years of experience in new and non-traditional ways of working in learning & development, learning operations, HR, enablement, or a related function who enjoys building, facilitating, streamlining, and improving.The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning execution, managing details, supporting global learners, and partnering across teams to deliver scalable learning solutions that are well-run, measurable, and aligned to business needs.
WHAT EXECUTION LOOKS LIKE
Execution in this role means translating priorities into action quickly and effectively. When a skill gap emerges, you help assess the need, coordinate the right stakeholders, and launch a solution in an efficient manner. When leaders need stronger employee capability, you help turn strategy into implementation through clear plans, strong follow-through, learner-centered design, and operational excellence.

TECHNOLOGY, AI & LEARNING OPERATIONS
Support and optimize ZoomInfo’s learning technology ecosystem with an emphasis on efficiency, practicality, scalability, and AI-native solutions.
Administer and optimize core learning platforms and tools, including Tangelo, LinkedIn Learning, and other AI-enabled learning technologies
Partner with the Learning & Development team and key stakeholders to implement and improve AI-powered learning experiences such as chatbots, agents, adaptive learning flows, and workflow automations
Serve as a key day-to-day resource for learning systems administration, including setup, configuration, assignment logic, learner support, troubleshooting, and reporting
Help evaluate new learning technologies and AI use cases with a focus on practical application, adoption, and business value
Identify opportunities to streamline learning operations through automation, improved workflows, and better system utilization
Support integrations, configurations, testing, and enhancements across the learning technology stack
ANALYTICS, MEASUREMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Use data to support learning effectiveness, inform decisions, and improve programs over time.
Track and report on key learning metrics across onboarding, compliance, and capability-building initiatives
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting that connect learning activity to learner engagement, completion, and selected business outcomes
Monitor learner feedback and program performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
