About the Role Hims & Hers is seeking a hands-on, operationally driven Learning Area Manager to lead all night shift learning operations across Dispense & Fulfillment, Non Sterile Compounding, and Sterile Compounding at an assigned site. This role serves as the night shift counterpart to the Learning Operations Manager and is the primary point of contact for the Learning team on nights. The Learning Area Manager owns the day-to-day execution of training operations — managing training communication, building training plans, tracking labor hours, and ensuring consistent, compliant training delivery across all night shift teams. This role reports to the Learning Operations Manager and maintains regular visibility with the Regional Learning Manager. The schedule for this role is Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–12:00am.   You Will - Lead night shift learning operations across all site areas, serving as the primary point of contact for the night shift Learning team and representing learning in daily operational meetings. - Directly manage and develop night shift Learning Leads, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day direction to drive team performance. - Build and manage two-week-out training plans, coordinating with operations to ensure training coverage meets site needs. - Own daily labor hour tracking and weekly LMS reporting, ensuring accuracy and accountability to labor and compliance targets. - Compile and share Weekly Business Review (WBR) metrics and training plan updates with Finance, S&OP, and site leadership. - Monitor the training request intake board and coordinate timely execution of training needs across night shift operations. - Conduct and oversee onboarding, compliance, SOP, and remediation training across assigned areas. - Maintain accurate training records and ensure adherence to documentation standards and regulatory requirements. - Partner with the Learning Operations Manager to ensure seamless alignment between day and night shift learning operations. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, quality, and accountability across night shift teams. - Support day shift learning operations and cross-shift projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility to meet site and network priorities. You Have - Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required. - 3+ years of experience in training and development in a regulated environment. - 2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of USP standards and cGMP regulations as they relate to training and compliance. - Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams across multiple operational areas. - Strong organizational and reporting skills with the ability to manage competing priorities on a daily and weekly cadence. - Excellent comm
