In this position, you will serve as an FPS Coach and North America Kaizen Lead, driving Lean transformation and continuous improvement across manufacturing plants. You will lead Kaizen workshops, coach teams using the Lean Maturity Model, and develop gap-closure plans to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and throughput. Through Gemba engagement, collaborative problem-solving, and servant leadership, you will strengthen employee capabilities and foster a culture of excellence and belonging. You will also analyze operational metrics, eliminate waste, and share best practices across the manufacturing network.
