Role Responsibilities Alpha FMC is seeking highly motivated Implementation Specialists to join our growing team. You will bring strong front-/middle-/back-office technology skills and a drive to build distinctive, world-class offerings for clients. In this role, you will provide a strategic perspective on investment technology selections and implementation decisions, lead and manage specialist teams to deliver change across the Investment Management Solutions technology landscape, advise on solutions and operating models, and partner with client stakeholders to deliver value on time and on budget. More responsibilities as follows: Lead end-to-end front-/middle-/back-office implementations, including: current-state assessment, requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, data integration, test planning and execution, and training/procedure documentation Own project planning and project management, including a detailed statement of work and task plan to ensure a successful implementation Lead project governance, including regular status meetings, task and budget tracking, and proactive communication with clients and the Alpha delivery team Ensure deliverables
