3+ years of experience in robotics testing, systems testing, or hands-on technical roles
Experience operating complex hardware or robotic systems
Ability to design structured tests and clearly document results
Familiarity with testing or debugging hardware, software, and AI-driven systems
Comfortable working with logs, data, and basic analysis tools
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, real-world environments
Nice to Have
Experience with humanoid, legged, or autonomous robots
Exposure to AI or autonomy testing (perception, planning, control, or decision-making)
Background in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering
Field testing or deployment experience in industrial environments
