Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leadership-including Product, Design, and Backend - to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and bridge the gap between product vision and engineering execution. Performance Engineering: Oversee the implementation of complex features, setting the gold standard for app responsiveness, resource optimization, and long-term reliability. Agile Leadership: Drive engineering excellence within Agile ceremonies, streamlining sprint planning and refinements to accelerate delivery velocity and team predictability.
