This is a high-impact role for a hands-on quality leader who can define testing strategies, build scalable automation frameworks, and drive a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality software releases. You will be responsible for establishing QA best practices, expanding test automation coverage, mentoring QA engineers, and continuously improving testing processes while remaining actively involved in troubleshooting complex issues and validating critical product functionality.
