Job Summary Loenbro is building a new Connectivity service line focused on delivering telecom infrastructure solutions for data center and hyperscale environments.
As a Lead Project Engineer , you will play a critical role in building this capability from the ground up — shaping processes, supporting early-stage project execution, and helping establish the technical standards and training infrastructure that will scale this business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, ambiguous environments and wants to help create something from scratch — not step into a fully built system.

Technical Methods: Assist in establishing construction plans and engineering methods tailored to project specifications and cabling installations.
Change Management: Administer, price, track, and submit project change orders.
Standards & Training: Develop data center technical training, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure compliance with customer quality plans and industry standards.
Testing Oversight: Establish field testing methodologies using industry best practices; provide certifiable training on test equipment systems.
Asset Management: Oversee inventory control, tracking, and operations for specialized test equipment and label printing resources.
Project Closeout: Coordinate and validate closeout packages, including test reports, redlines, as-built drawings, and warranties.
